Tania has many years experience in the industry, most recently as the chef at Cafe 3629. She is passionate about good food, and being a coeliac, a very knowledgable gluten free chef.
Tania has a particular love for patisserie, creating gluten free cakes, desserts and playing with new flavours.
Rosie has 20 years experience in the kitchen having worked in places such as The Wool Shed, The GV and more.
With such an amazing passion for food and smoked meats in particular, her bubbly personality is contagious and you can’t help but feel excited about food being around her!
Our apprentice Ebony has been working in the hospitality industry for 2 years in and around the kitchen.
She loves cooking at home and making her own jams and pickled vegetables, a testament to her passion for food.
